Proper temperature settings are one of the fundamental pillars for success in DTF printing. Adjusting this parameter not only ensures transfers with more vibrant colors and greater durability, but also protects materials and helps extend the lifespan of your equipment.
Maintaining your workspace between 45–60% humidity is essential to achieve stability in the process and avoid issues during printing. A controlled environment directly impacts the quality and consistency of every job.
In my case, I use a magnetic thermometer to make sure the temperature in my workspace is always appropriate. Since I constantly face humidity challenges, I also use a dehumidifier to keep the environment under control and ensure consistent, professional, high-quality results.
I hope this information helps and adds value to your processes.
