I didn’t upgrade my oven for speed. I upgraded because of what happens when you open it.
If you’ve been working with DTF for any amount of time, you already know, curing isn’t just a step in the process. It affects your environment. Not in a dramatic, smoky way, but in a subtle, repeated way that builds over time.
Most standard ovens don’t produce heavy, visible smoke. That’s not really the issue.
The real issue shows up in that moment when you lift the lid.
You place your transfer, its done curing, open the oven, and you get that hit of heat and that strong curing smell from the powder and chemicals. It’s quick, and you get used to it. But when you’re doing that over and over again throughout the day, it becomes part of your workspace whether you realize it or not.
And when your business is running out of your home, that matters more than people talk about.
That’s what made this upgrade different for me.
In this post, I’m walking through my real unboxing experience, how this oven fits into my current setup, and what actually changed after using the Procolored Smokeless DTF Oven.
This video shows my real unboxing and first look at the Smokeless DTF Oven and how it fits into my setup.
One thing I appreciated right away was how simple everything was.
There wasn’t a long setup process or multiple parts to figure out.
It was literally:
One oven
One power cord

I plugged the cord into the machine, plugged it into the outlet, and it was ready to go.
That kind of simplicity matters, especially when you’re working from home and don’t want to spend time trying to assemble or troubleshoot new equipment.
The package also included:
Heat-resistant gloves
A Procolored branded glass cooling block
High-heat Teflon sheet
Those extras are actually useful, not just filler.
The gloves help when handling hot transfers, the cooling block cools, which helps speed up the peeling process after curing, and the Teflon sheet is something you’ll already use in your workflow, so having them included saves you from needing to grab anything extra before getting started.
Overall, the unboxing experience felt
straightforward, and ready for real use. I do feel like the Smokeless Oven gets a little hotter to touch so be careful with kids around it.
